FastestPass does not store any sensitive data that could compromise user safety. Neither we nor any third parties have the right to retain such information.
As soon as our subscribers/users deactivate or delete their accounts, all email and payment details, as well as passwords, are permanently removed.

Data collected for account creation
The only information that is stored when you sign up with FastestPass is your email address. It’s crucial to maintain our customers' records and stay in contact whenever the need arises.

IP address and OS logs - Even though you’re accessing the FastestPass tool via its Chrome or Firefox extension, we do not store your IP address nor endorse tracking or surveillance. That goes beyond our privacy and security policy.

FastestPass terms of processing personal data

Since FastestPass does not store activity logs, any government request for data cannot be linked to a specific user.

Even though we do not store or share personal information within the team, third parties, or affiliates, we do keep records of all email addresses that sign up with the service. This is solely to stay in the loop with our customers. However, in case of breach or violation of the terms and conditions of our service, we are legally at liberty to break the contract.

FastestPass reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Only the latest version of the Privacy Policy will be considered applicable. The Privacy Policy was last updated in December 2024.

As stated, FastestPass only retains non-identifiable information for as long as you maintain an account with us. The information we store includes email addresses, billing details, payment amounts, and payment methods. No other information is retained.
